In this fast-paced role, you’ll work directly with real estate developers in the Multi-Family Construction sector, leveraging your sales expertise and established network to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to align with company goals.
- Dynamic Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Account Management & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth opportunities.
- Sales Funnel Optimization: Develop and sustain a productive sales funnel, managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and negotiations.
- Lead Generation: Design and implement effective strategies to generate and cultivate new business leads.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge and nurture partnerships with developers, fostering collaboration to expand market reach.
- Market Insight & Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and detailed performance reports to executive leadership.
- Industry Representation: Represent Tribe at key industry events, including BILD GTA and UDI, enhancing our brand visibility and reputation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Customer Support Leadership: Oversee customer support for the Home PRO product line, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- 5+ years of enterprise/B2B sales experience, preferably with Canadian real estate developers in multi-family residential communities.
- 2–5 years of technology sales experience, particularly with real estate-focused products.
- Strong relationship builder with a proven track record in client account management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with C-level executives in the real estate industry.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Established network within the Canadian multi-family real estate sector is a plus.
